Everyone needs Little Treat

Sometimes, do you crave sweets or French fries?
I do.
To be honest, for me, it’s not just sometimes — it’s almost every day.
And honestly, I can’t resist that craving.
I think most women can probably relate to this feeling.
I always dream of living a healthy lifestyle and eating like a model, but the reality isn't that easy.
I have a job, I have stress, and I don’t have much time to take care of myself.
So before I even realize it, I’ve already started eating something.
Sometimes I break out because of it, and I feel down.
Sometimes I gain weight, and I feel down again.
But I’ve decided to believe:
“Nothing is worse for your body than holding in all your stress.”
You know what?
You can heal pimples, and you can lose weight.
But when you become depressed, it’s not that easy to recover.
So don’t beat yourself up.Everyone needs a little snack to survive!
That’s why I won’t tell you,
“The most important thing to keep your skin glowing is eating healthy.”
Because I can’t always do that myself.
And I believe we’re already beautiful — just as we are.
Sometimes, just by changing how you think, you can change the world you see.
So even if you eat something sweet,
don’t feel down.
